I LOVE LOVE LOVE CAPELLI BLISS!!!! After a horrible experience at another salon I went to Capelli Bliss to have my hair redone. Toni colored, highlighted and cut my hair which took several hours because of the mess up. My hair looked great and I have been going to her for more than a year now!! Love ya Toni!!!!

A few weeks ago I made the major mistake of trying to die my hair from a box. Needless to say, the result was an orange disaster! A friend sent me to see Ray who, in just a couple short hours, turned my hair from a catastrophe into a blonde masterpiece! I will never go to another hair stylist again. Thanks Ray!

Upscale, professional salon! Finally found the perfect match for me...won't entrust my hair care to anyone else. Ray is the best! Capelli Bliss is fabulous.

How disappointing> i read the testimonials and found none of the wonderful qualities they stated they found on using this salon. My daughter was thoughtful enough to have given me a gift card for services . The staff was Not warm, friendly or even nice. I had the feeling that because I was not their regular customers I was not welcome, surely not a way to build more clientele. Maybe they don\'t need anymore. I will not be returning , not even to use gift card . ***(((__Robin - My apologies for your experience. This is not the norm and is really surprising to me. After checking the schedules we could not figure out which client you were, therefore couldn't contact you; I would love to chat with you about this and see if we can make up for your experience. I moved to the Charleston area 7 months ago because of my husbands job and was extremely worried about finding a great hair salon. A fellow military wife told me about Capelli Bliss and I have never been happier. The whole staff is absolutely amazing and worth every penny! I recommend everyone I know to Capelli Bliss!!!

When I was in Charleston for my co-op, I would wait months, while I was in PA, to get my hair cut after seeing Shawanta. A friend of mine, Jay M, suggested me to go to Capelli Bliss and request Shawanta and to this day, she is the ONLY person who listened to what I wanted and gave me the best hair cut of my life every time! I think I intimidated her with my extra long hair, but she did a beautiful job every time. To this day, I cannot find anyone like Shawanta - thank you for an amazing cut every time!

Capelli Bliss.. a professional,hip,friendly, salon that feels like home. Years ago I was referred by a friend to Ray and after the first visit I was a client for life! Ray is amazing... I consistantly receive compliments even from strangers about my hair and of course its all because of Ray. His attention to detail is awesome and he truly cares about his clients too. I moved a year ago to Lexington,SC but still drive every 6-8 weeks and have Ray work his magic! Toni cuts my sons hair and he loves her...and that is saying a lot. Everytime I go to Capelli Bliss, I feel like I've done something really special for myself!

I love Capelli Bliss. Ray is the one who did my hair and he always colored it and cut it the way I wanted. I felt comfortable there!! I just wish I could have brought them all to San Diego with me!!

I came to Capelli Bliss upon referral -- Not one, but two people told me to "go there, Mack is amazing". So, I dropped by one day after work. Mack took excellent care of me! I had been previously processed at another salon and my hair was a disaster. Mack took the time to "get it right". I loved the personal attention from all the employees in the Salon. Mack also educated me about hair care and recommended products to heal my hair. I would most definitely recommend Mack to my friends!

I had fabulous visit--again! i've been coming to Capelli Bliss over 18 months and my hair has never looked so great! just had a great color and cut and it smells and feels wonderful. This is the salon to get and keep awesome looking hair. Thanks Ray and everyone! Susan !

We Love Shawanta. She is outstanding!!! She gives us just what we ask for and nothing less. Im from Texas and have been here for 14 yrs and not found anyone like Shawanta. Now my 13 yr old Alexis, says she will not go to anyone else but Ms. Shawnata. Thanks Shawanta you are a keeper!!!

To let everyone know we are far from perfect, I am posting the following comments received via email from an unhappy client on 4/27/2011. Unfortunately she was not happy with our decision to deny service due to time constraints. D.D., we are truly sorry we were unable to accomodate you today - Ray. Her comments are as follows: "I deeply apologize for arriving late for my appointment today, but I came from my job at the SPAWAR base and clearly didn't anticipate the horrendous traffic at lunch. I was really excited about having finally a good haircut, and had a very special occasion this weekend and was thrilled after reading the great things on your website to be coming there. The hostess said that your next appointment was at 1, leaving 45 minutes for me. I only needed a trim, and I, too, was in a hurry and that was the extent of my free time as well. Instead I drive there and get supremely insulted to have been turned away and will never, ever, recommend your salon to my many friends here, who were really excited to see my 'after' haircut that I never got. I've also detailed this experience on my facebook page. You are not a surgeon, or a lawyer, and I am sure that you have made your chosen few clients wait more than once. I just am angry and feel that how your salon handled this was a bit extreme and very rude."
